نظرة في الكون

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الحمد لله رب العرش العظيم و الصلاة و السلام على نبيه الكريم.

حدودنا

كنت منذ صغري أؤمن بمبدأ اخترعته لنفسي، و هو أنه لا حدود لكوننا هذاسواء للخارج أو للداخل. بمعنى أنه لا حدود للكون فهو واسع كل السعة لا يحده حد،هذا باتجاه الخارج، أما اتجاه الداخل فانت حين تبحث عن أدق مكونات المادة فإنك لنتجد ضالتك. فمن الذرة للنواة لمكونات النواة إلى الكواركات... و لا ندري ما سيكشفهالعلم لنا. من ناحيتي لا أعتقد أننا سنصل لشيء نعتبره نهاية حدود المادة. لأنه –على الأقل – ليس من عادة عقلنا هذا أن يقف عند حد ما دون أن يحاول كسره و اجتيازه.هذا ما كنت و لا زلت أؤمن به.

و كنت أقول لنفسي إن هذا من أسرار عجزنا في هذا الكون. دون أن أخوض فيسبب كون هذا من أسرار عجزنا في هذا الكون. و بقرائتك هذا التدوينة ستعرف أنت كماعرفت انا لماذا كان هذا المبدأ – بالنسبة لي على الأقل – من اسارا عجزنا في هذاالكون. و لكن لا بد لتتوضح الصورة من أن نخوض في عدة أفكار. هذه الافكار أؤمن بهاو لا ضرورة لتؤمن بها أنت. كل ما أحاول عمله هو إخراجها من رأسي و حشوها في رأسك J

الفكرة الأولى هي حدود الكون. يبحث العلماء منذ زمن بعيد عن حدودالكون، و لا يزالون يتحفوننا بين الفينة و الفينة رآخر مجسم لكوننا الشاسع. و لكنألا تعتقد معي أنه من العبث البحث عن حدود لهذا الكون! قد تبدو هذه الفكرة للوهلةالأولى غير عابثة و لكن لنبسطها قليلاً.

الكون على ما نعرفه له ثلاثة أبعاد – و بغض النظر عن البعد الرابع –سنبسط هذا الكون إلى بعد واحد. لأن الأبعاد لا تختلف عن بعضها إلا بالاسم. هلتتذكر مستقيم الاعداد و كيف كنا نبدأ بالصفر و نذهب لليمين إلى اللانهاية الموجبةو إلى اليسار إلى اللانهاية السالبة. نحن نعتقد بأن هذا المستقيم لا حدود له و هذاماجعلنا أصلاً نضع مصطلح اللانهاية. إذاً نحن نؤن بأنه لا حدود لهذا المستقيم فإنجاء من يقول لك هذه هي اللانهاية ما عليك إلى أن تضيف 1 إليها لتحصل على لا نهايةجديدة. إذاً نحن مقتنعون تماماً بأنه لا حدود لهذا المستقيم و من العبث تماماًالبحث عن عدد لا عدد بعده إذ يبدو هذا أمراً غير منطقياً.

الآن انطلاقاً من أن مستقيم الأعداد لا نهاية له – و مستقيم الأعداديمثل بعداً واحداً – سنضع قربه أخاه مستقيم الأعداد الآخر فـ ـيـ ـتـ ـأ تـ ـىلدينا مستو مكون من مستقيمي أعداد لا منهيين بالتالي سيتكون لدينا مستو لا منته منالحدود، أي لا حدود له و من العبث البحث عن حدود له. الآن و بالمثل نأتي بمستقيمثالث و ننصبه على ملتقى المستقيمين السابقين فينتج لدينا فراغ. هذا الفراغ لا حدودله لأنه مكون من مكونات لا حدود لها منطقياً. فلماذا يتعب العلماء أنفسهم في البحثعن حدود للكون!!! و بالمثل عم أدق مكونات المادة!!! في الوقت الذي يقرون فيه بأنلا حدود لمستقيم الأعداد.

هذا الفهم سيقودنا لحقيقة أخرى تتعلق بالمادة نفسها. الآن أنت تمسكبالفأرة و تدير الدولاب نزولاً و صعوداً متأملاً في هذا الكلام الفارغ – و لا يهمّك– أنت إذاً على يقين بأن هذه الفأرة موجودة و أنها مكونة من مكونات محسوسة أيموجودة. و أنت عندما تتأملها تعرف لها حدوداً و حجماً و مقاييس معينة. و تراها"بأم" عينك، أليس كذلك؟ حسن. دعنا نغص للعمق قليلاً لنرى حقيقة هذهالفأرة التي تراها.

الفأرة مكونة من مادة، هذه المادة مكونة من ذرات. هذه الذرات لهامكونات هي النواة و الالكترونات التي تدور حولها. و لكن الأبعاد التي بين مكوناتالذرة هذه نسبة لحجمها كبيرة جداً جداً لدرجة تشبه الأبعاد بين أجرام المجموعةالشمسية. إذاً أنت عندما تنظر إلى الفأرةفإنك ترا مجموعة كبيرة جداً من الذرات المتراصة قرب بعضها البعض، و لكن لو أزلناهذه الفراغات فيما بينها لتلاشت تماماً! إذاً كيف تراها!

قبل أن نكمل دعنا نلق نظرة على بنية العين و كيفية رؤيتنا للاشياء.

و قبل أن نلقي نظرة على العين و كيفية رؤيتنا للأشياء دعنا نتعرف علىبنية الصورة و كيفية عرضها على الشاشة التي تقرأ منها الآن.

فيما يخض الصورة الغرافيكس التي تراها على شاشة الكومبيوتر لدينانوعان من تقنية عرض الغرافيكس:

ما يهمنا الآن التقنية الأولى. إذاً الصورة التي تراها أمامك مؤلفة منمكونات صغيرة متراصة قرب بعضها البعض لتكون الصورة الكاملة التي تراها عن بعد. هذايذكرني بلوحات الفسيفساء التي كنا نعملها من ورق الأشغال الملون حيث نرسم صورة ماثم نأتي بورق الأشغال الملون و نبدأ بتقسميهلمكونات صغيرة بالمقص حتى ننتهي منالرسم به، و بعد ذلك و عند النظر من على مسافة معينة تبدو و كأنها رسمة و ليستفسيفساء. تقريب المسافة قليلاً يظهر لنا الحدود الضغيرة بين أجزاء قطع الاشغالالصغيرة.

و لعل الصورة التالية تقرب المفهوم أكثر

لاحظ الفرق بين الصور

الفرق هو في حجم المكونات التي تشكل الصورة. في الصورة الثانية بدأتتظهر الحدود بين هذه المكونات (البكسلات) و هكذا حتى آخر صورة حيث ضاعت الصورةنفسها بسبب كبر حجم المكونات.

تسمى هذه المكونات بالبكسلات. فالبكسل هو مربع (مكون وحيد) لا يتجزأ وله لون وحيد. أي أنه الحجر الأساسي في ناء الصورة. بمعنى انه وحدة الصورةالأساسية.

و تذكر أن الصورة الأولى مكونة أيضاً من بكسلات و لكنك لا تراها لأنهاصغيرة كفاية. و هكذا نفهم أنه كلما زاد عدد البكسلات في الصورة نفسها زادت دقتهاأكثر لأنك ستحتاج لأن تكبرها كثيراً حتى تبدأ في رؤية الحدود بين البكسلات. لا تنسأن البكسل ليس له بعد معين بمعنى ليس له طول و عرض واحد. فهو ليس واحدة للمسافة والطول. فعندما نقول أن صورة معينة دقتها600*800 بكسل فهذا لا يعطينا اي فكرة عن طولها و عرضها بالسم. إنما نفهم من هذاالكلام أنها مكونة من عدد من المربعات طولاً 800 و عرضاً 600 مربع (بكسل) وحيداللون. بالتالي لدينا 480000 مربع صغير في هذه الصورة. أبعاد المربع هذه هي التيتحدد أبعاد الصورة. فقد تكون الصورة بأبعاد 6*8 سم. بالتالي في كل 1 سم هناك 100بكسل. و قد تكون 6*8 م بالتالي في كل متر 100 بكسل. و لاحظ الفرق بين البكسل فيالصورة الأولى و الثانية.

أما بالنسبة للفيكتور غرافيكس فالأمر مختلف تماماً. إذ أن ما يحددحدود الصورة هو معادلة رياضية تصف للبرنامج الذي يعرض الصورة كيفية ارتصاف النقاطالتي تشكل الصورة. و لتقريب المفهوم أكثر: لنقل أني رسمت دائرة بالبيت ماب غرافيكس. هذا يعني أني استخدمت عددا منالبكسلات و رصفتها قرب بعضها البعض لرسم دائرة، يبدو للناظر لهذه الدائرة من مسافةمعين أن محيطها ذو انحناء دائري. لكن عندا يقرب نظره منها يرى الفرق و يلاحظ بأنالحدود ليست دائية تماماً. لاحظ الصورة:

أما في الفيكتور غرافيكس فالرسم لا يكون باستخدام البكسلات إنماالمنحنيات. أي أنك عندما ترسم دائرة في برنامج يتعامل مع الفيكتور غرافيكسفالبرنامج يفهم أنك رسمت دائرة نصف قطرها مثلاً 1سم. فيرسم لك منحنى بهذا الشكلالدائري و عندما تقوم بالتكبير فهو يعود و يرسم لك شكلاً جديداً بنفس انحناء الشكلالسابق أي لن تظهر تلك المربعات مهما كبرت الصورة.

الآن لنبدأ بما هو ممتع:

على أرض الواقع، الشاشة التي أمامك و التي فرحت عندما اشتريتها بأنهاكبيرة جداً، ما هي التقنية التي تستخدمها في عرض الصور؟ في الواقع هي تقنيةالبكسلات. بمعنى أنك و لو كنت تشاهد صورة مرسومة بالفيكتور غرافيكس فأنت تراهابواسطة شاشة تستخدم البيت ماب غرافيكس. و ما يحصل هو أن المعالج يوقم بتغييرالصورة لتبقى ذات حدود واضحة و دون أن تتشوه. إذاً و عملياً لا يوجد شيء اسمهفيكتور غرافيكس. كل ما هنالك هو أن المعالج يقوم باللازم لتبقى الصورة واضحة الحدود مهما قمت بتكبيرها. و هذا هو المهمبالنسبة لمصممي هذه التقنية. و لكن ما يهمنا نحن هنا هو أنه على أرض الواقع الشاشةتعرض لنا الصورة بالبيت ماب غرافيكس.

الآن لنبتعد مرة ثانية عن الموضوع:

العين التي نرى بها الأشياء، ما التقنية التي تستخدمها لطبع الصورة ونقلها لأدمغتنا. حتى تتضح الصورة أكثر سنتحدث عن بينة العين بشيء من التفصيل الذييهمنا في هذه المقالة.

و لتوضيح الصورة (المعنى و ليس الصورةJ) أكثر سنقار بينها و بينالكاميرا.

الكاميرا مزودة بعدسة تنقل الصورة التي تراها أمامك إلى مستشعر. هذاالمستشعر مكون من ماذا برأيك؟ إنه مكون من مستشعرات صغيرة جداً مرصوفة قرب بعضهاالبعض. عندما ترتسم الصورة على المستشع، ترتسم جزئيات الصورة على المستشعراتالصغيرة المكونة للمستشعر الخاص بالكاميرا. و هنا كل مستشعر صغير يتحسس الضوء الذيسقط عليه. و يبعثه للمعالج، المعالج يبدأ برسم الصورة مربعا مربعا، كل مبرع يرسمهيأتي بلونه من المستشعر الصغير المقابل له. هذه المربعات هي البكسلات التي تؤلفالصورة بالنهاية. إذاً كل بكسل من الصورة التي تنتج لديك من الكاميرا الرقمية أتىمن مستشعر صغير من المستشعر الخاص بكاميرتك. بمعنى آخر: لو كانت كاميرتك تنتجصوراً بدقة 600*800 فهذا يعني أن المستشعر الخاص بها مكون من 600*800 مستشعر جزئيو هكذا.

All of us have dreams, each dream is seed, seeds need time to grow up, and a lot of care to see the light.

when you plant a seed in the ground, and add some water to ensure that its life begin, you don't expect that you will see it growing up with green leaves within an hour or a day. It need some time, not short time. And the same way, every thing you do in your life, needs some time, needs you to be be patient, to continue taking care about your seeds, be patient cause your seeds will see the light in no time, just be patient.

Some people, and i was one of them unfortunately, don't have that patient, and that's too bad. 'Cause when you don't have that patient, here what will happen: you will have an idea, a dream, a goal in your life, no matter what it is, and you want it to see the light, you'll plant that seed, start taking care of it, give it the water and the warm that it need, but you don't see anything, you start doubt, why i don't see it, you continue taking care of it, and in this time your seed is making its way up to the light, but what you think is that's it wont, but it's on its way, and time will make you see it, but unfortunately, you stop caring and you think that you fail to do it. But all what you had to do is some patience, and your seed was going to see the light, maybe it was a 1 cm to go out of the ground, and you doubt!, killing it before its dawn. and the seed will go to the zero point, you may replant it, thinking that something will change this time, and you start, all over again, from the beginning, and you start it all over again, and when your patience run out, you stop it again, and so on, wasting a lot of time on the same part of natural process, and what a big waste! while you can get it to the surface by some patience.

So make sure that you always and forever give your seeds their time, every thing in this world need some time, and let's take you as the best example; let's talk about your journey, the beginning of you.

You know that you, all of you, start as a single cell in the uterus of your mother, then you became two cells, four cells, eight, a small ball of cells, you stuck on the wall of your mother's uterus and start growing up, days and weeks we start to see you as an embryo, then you, months later, you start to look like a human being, after nine months, you came to this world, a cute beautiful baby :)

See this journey that bring you to this world was not short, it was nine months, so you was in the uterus for nine months, tell me now, did you ever start a project, a book, a study plan, or any thing, and waited nine months before you judge it! and let's say three months not nine! So you should know that when you start a dream, and you don't give it its time, you will abort it from the uterus of time, before its time, before you see it in the real world! and that's not fair.

So every thing, every valuable thing like you for example, needs time, time to be born, so don't abort your seed before its time, be patient as your parents was. (imagine this: after a month from your mother pregnancy of you, your father tell your mother; it takes so much time and i'm out of patience, we will abort this child, oops! that will not be good for you i think ;)

And, as i thin, you will ask, why we don't have this patient these times, why when one of us hold a book to read it, get boring after some pages, not all of course, why we can watch a movie with three hours without complaining, and no one can read that time, why?

why do you think, we can play for hours, but study for one, we can talk for a day with a friend, but a minute with our books, why we can stay all the day on Facebook, and get boring after one minute on Wiki encyclopedia, for example, why?

It's all about how we trained our brains, how we feed them and how we teach them to act,

To make it easy to understand i will explain something for you. In Medicine we learned that in our bodies there is something called; "Feedback Mechanisms" there is negative and positive feedback mechanisms, and in some how you will see that those feedback mechanisms do exist in our real world, as they already exist within our inner world.

How?

First, what is negative and positive feedback mechanisms. If you have a domestic central hating system in your house, the thermostat (temperature detector) is sensitive ti changes in room temperature (variable factor). The thermostat is connected to the boiler control unit (control center), which control the boiler (effector). The thermostat constantly compares the information from the detector with the present temperature, and, when necessary, adjustments are made to alter the room temperature.

In other words, when the room temperature is low, the system warm the room, until the temperature reach a certain level, where the system stop warming the room (negative) and so on. That's the negative feedback mechanisms,in your body there is a lot of examples, Temperature, Blood glucose levels, and Blood pressure... you may ask what am i talking about, well, i will tell you just be patient and go on.

Now the positive feedback mechanisms, you see in the negative feedback mechanisms, the factor the cause the control center to take action, cause this action to be ended when this factor reach the already set point, for example, the warming of the room will stop when the room temperature reach a selected point, that why we call it negative feedback. now in the positive feedback mechanisms, that doesn't happen, and what happen is that the action taken by the control center, because of some kind of factor, will always increase and increase by the same factor, till something else happen and stop this cycle, i.e the stimulus progressively increase the response, so that as long as the stimulus is continued, the response is progressively being amplified. And this mechanism will stop amplifying the response only when the stimulus is no longer exist. In your body there is just some of these mechanisms, the best example is you, when your time birth came, your head, your big head, stimulus your mother's uterus to contract, to push you out of it, and as long as your head, your big hear ;), is still there the contraction of your mother's uterus will be amplified, till you go out of it, then the contractions will stop, 'cause it's not needed any more.

Now, let's talk about these feedback in our real world, and see how it works.

When you start reading a book, you get boring, so as long as you read, as long as your boring is amplified, so your boring will not stop till you throw the book away, that's a positive feedback mechanism. the reason of this situation, you didn't train your self to read and enjoy what you read, so you feel better when you on Facebook or when you watching a movie, so when you fell better you continue with this, no matter how much precious time you waste, also + feedback. You go to run, or any sport but i like to run, and when you feel tired, you stop it and don't go for run again, negative feedback mechanism. In other world, in our life there s a lot of these examples about these bad habits we do everyday.

The solution is the same as the problem, use these feedback mechanisms. how, to read more, pick up at first a funny book, or any kind of books you find best for you, start reading, and enjoy what you read, start by some pages so you don't get boring, never read so much 'cause you have to enjoy, now you've enjoyed, next time read more, you will enjoy more, read, enjoy, and here we are again with a + feedback mechanism, but a good one, like this example, try to train yourself with what you find a bad habit in your life, and don't forget that every thing need some time, every step you take need times.

So what you may find a good step to start with, try to start a Joy Garden, pick up the things that you enjoy the most, and start a joy garden with them, i already started mine ;)

and with some time, you will find out that you have a beautiful garden, but, Be Patient ;)

أأبدأ, أم من أين أبدأ, أحس أني ممزق أم تراني مبعثر كل ما أعرفه أني أني لست أنا, لست إلا ظلاً بلا جسد, أو لنقل أني تهت في عقلي و لم أعد أميز طريقي. كل ما أعرفه أني يجب أن أبدأ. لكن من أين أبدأ و بمن أبدأ و كيف أبدأ؟
جلست مرة على رصيف عقلي لأرتب نفسي و أنظر من أين أبدأ, فوجدتني أمام طريق يعود بي للخلف إلى نقطة البداية, حيث كان يجب أن أبدأ. و آخر يقودني إلى الأمام فلا مجال للعودة للخلف لكي أبدأ,و طريق بعيد عني كل البعد فكيف لي به أن أبدأ.
عدت لأجدني بلا مبدأ, و يقيني بأني يجب أن أبدأ و إلا فلن أبدأ. سـألت نفسي ما رأيك بأن نبدأ من اللابداية ـ أن نمضي فقط في طريقنا إلى اللانهاية علنا نجد في طريقنا من بدأ فيدلنا على بداية بها نبدأ.
فقالت لي: إنك لن تبدأ ما لم تبدأ!
عدت لأغرق في وحدتي, في دهشتي, في جهلي. ماذا أفعل لكي أجد من أين أبدأ. نظرت من حولي لأرى كل مبدأ. فكرت و قررت بأني لن أبدأ ما لم أحدد لي مبدأ, أي مبدأ, المهم أن أبدأ.
سألت نفسي مرة أخرى و قلت لها: ما رأيك بأن بك أبدأ؟ فأني علتي و سقمي, و أنت سبب وحدتي و ملهم عثرتي. أنا إن بك أبدأ, أدرك من أين أبدأ, إن بك أبدأ تتكشف أمامي كل الطرق و تنجلي عن عيوني سحب جهلي و غمائم غربتي.
أنت يا نفسي لي المبدأ.
سرت إلى نفسي و سألتها من أنت؟
قالت لي: أنا أنت و لكني لست أنت, أحبك و أكرهك, أعرفك حيناً و أجهلك حيناً, أنا فيك و خارجك, فكيف تستطيع بي – مع هذا – أن تبدأ.
عادت لي حيرتي و غربتي, فأنا حين عرفت من أين أبدأ, جهلت كيف أبدأ.
تركت نفسي, و رحت سائراً إلى أنسي و أملي, سرت إلى عقلي عله يدلني كيف بنفسي أنا أبدأ.
مددت يدي لأطرق بابه فإذا به ينتظرني. "أهلا بك"
"مرحباً يا عقلي! ألي أن أسألك, أنا إن أردت بنفسي أن أبدأ, فكيف لي بها أن أبدأ؟"
تبسم ضاحكاً لي ثم أطرق, و بعد برهة نظر إلى و قال: يا صاحبي إنك لن تعرف كيف بنفسك تبدأ مالم بي تبدأ!
يا إلهي و يا منقذي, ماذا أفعل؟ أتراني عدت إلى المبدأ أم تراني تهت من جديد في بحر "من أين أبدأ".
تركته و مضيت, مشيت و مشيت, بحثت و نظرت, فكرت و قلبت, و حين غرقت في هذا البحر و لم أعد أعرف ما أفعل, وجدتني أدرك كيف و من أين أبدأ, حقاً لقد أدركت من أين أبدأ.
أنا إن بدأت بنفسي جهلت كيف بها ابدأ, و إني إن بعقلي بدأت جهلت لماذا به أبدأ.
أغمضت عيني و جلست جانباً لكي ابدأ.
فقالت لي نفسي: أبي تبدأ أم به سوف تبدأ؟
تبسمت لها ضاحكاً ثم قلت لها: إليك عني فأنت لست لي بالمبدأ, أما هو فليس يدري من أين لي أن ابدأ.
فضحك عقلي و قال لي: من أين إذاً سوف تبدأ؟
فقلت له: أوليس لي قلب يملكك, و لا تستطيع له رداً, أوليس يا نفسُ منه مبدؤك و إليه مرجعك؟
أطرق الجميع ثم قالوا لي: الآن و قد عرفت من أين تبدأ, فامض إلى قلبك و به فابدأ. فهو لك المبدأ, و إنك إن به تبدأ, بنا تبدأ. و إن به تبدأ تدرك كيف بنا تبدأ, نعم الرجل أنت عرفت من أين تبدأ, فابدأ.
هنا غمرَت قلبي أنوار الفرحة و البهجة و السرور – أخيراً لقد عرفت من أين أبدأ, إنه قلبي, ذاك هو المبدأ.
و بدأت, فوجدتني أبدأ من حيث كان يجب أن أبدأ, وجدتني أرى مالم أره من قبل, أحس مالم أدرك معناه من قبل. وجدتني ألم شعثي الممزق و أمضي في طريق كان أمامي يسير منتظراً مني أن أبدأ. تلك كانت هي البداية...

Angels...
Sometimes life seems so strange, sometimes we doubt that we are here, sometimes we don't believe in what we doing, sometimes we fail to feel ourselves, we may fail to live what we’re really living, maybe we just can't see it as we live it. Once we get to this situation, we lose the faith in everything we believed in, we won’t be able to feel ourselves, we go through an endless battle where you don’t know who will win. You will try to get your life back, you will do what you feel that you must do, and you do them, but nonetheless you fail again, just because you fall so deep that you are not able to help yourself any more. Here when you believe that you are losing that battle, when you feel that you are no more living or feeling yourself, you get a hand that raises you up, you don’t know where it came from, you just see it and feel that you have to hold it, and when you hold it you feel that you have a part of your life back, and now you have the power to get what you lost in past. You look around you to thank that hand, but you don’t see anything, where it came from you don’t know, you just feel it.
Later, you will realize that the thing you never believe in, the thing that you never hear or never see, came and helped you, you will believe in Angels…

Taking the First Step

Do you know how your life starts? Well, it’s not that big start, you was just a tiny cell in a perfect environment, this cell began to grow up, divided into two cells, not a big advance, these two cells became four, the four become eight, and so on until you’re a little ball of cells, you continue like that until you are barely recognized as an embryo, after nine months of these steps, tiny steps, look what we have, an amazing beautiful charming little baby, you. All these tiny steps gathered together to create spectacular piece of life, how could those little cells become a human being, who reach the moon and beyond? It’s all about two things;

First, A Step at a Time. Second, Let each Step Takes its Time.

Don’t think that you jobs in life have to be done in one day, or you should do all your works in one day, that’s not how things work. Look at the highest building in the world, how it start, well it starts with a little piece of rocks, and with continues work and taking some time, we have it. Everything starts like that and with time and a step by step all things can be done. Do not think that you have to know all the steps that you have to take to perform something, never think like that, all you have to do is to take the first step, and let step take its time, and the next step will show itself in no time, you just take the first one, and all other steps will show themselves to you. Imagine yourself driving a car in a very long road. Do you have to see the entire road to cross it?! Your car light can only show you the next 100 meter of the road, even so you can cross the all the distance with this 100 meter, ‘cause every time you take a step and cross the 100 meter that you see, the next 100 meter will show itself.

So just take the first step, and don’t worry about next step, ‘because it will show itself to you. And let every step take its time, otherwise you will not have the natural progress of life; step by step and some time for each one. That’s how things can be done, no matter how big or huge. Don’t forget that.

How to forget about the past :)

Sometimes in life, some moments seems to be so hard, you can pass through a bad experience, you don’t know what you have to do and you’ll be so frustrated that you can even lose believing in yourself, you want to let go and forget but it became harder to get over it…

I believe that living in this situation make the person unable to think, figuring out a solution is more difficult but I also believe that that could be easier if you take it as a lesson,

Of course you’ll want to forget about all the pain that this situation caused to you, so at first, you have to forgive, forgive yourself despite the mistakes, forget about the mistakes that you’ve made and just say that Allah wanted you to learn some lesson from it, so you could build your own personality, but you don’t want to learn the same lesson twice, so don’t repeat those mistakes again, you have to thank Allah, and just remember that you don’t want to live that pain again, forgive the people around you, even if they were not nice to you, and thank whom were there for you and shared your pain trying to make you feel better those persons are your real friends, so a hard situation help you find real friends and like we say “a friend in need is a friend indeed “

Second a problem like this makes you think about who are you and what you want to do with your life, it shows you that your life need your courage to survive in it, and you did pass a hard moment, and you still alive so you are a hero, never forget that you are the hero of your own life story, so you have to build your own personality and look at yourself in the mirror with so much pride and self-confidence, that will bring joy and happiness in your life everyday and that will help you forget the bad days you passed, be strong and everything will work out naturally,

You should never have regrets, not even one, and be happy, always be happy, believe in yourself, nothing is perfect, and life has bad, moments and good ones, but you should know that: the bad moments help you taste the good ones, well, my best friend told me once, in school we take exams after learning the lessons while in life you learn lessons after taking exams, so we have to believe that a bad situation is a hard exam, but you should take it anyway, cause the lesson you’ll learn is so much important, fill your life with joy, and smiles, just be happy…

DON'T Give Up.

In your life and everybody life, there is a lot of difficulties, and a lot of problems, and we all know that in order to succeed we must never give up. Well that’s true, but what we may not know is that we must believe in this forever 'cause we will play this game "Don't give up" over and over and over, as long as we live. So we must never give up, it’s not just one time, it's always and forever. Keep that in your mind.
Difficulties is part of our lives we must face, and when we face them we should know that by “Don’t Give Up” we make a difference no matter how the difficulty is small.

Just DO it

When you were born, your life has just begun. And when your life has begun, you become more close to the end. This is life, two doors you enter from one and go out the other. And between your life is. So you have a limited time and a little time to all things you want and wish. And to make sure that you get the most of your life you have to follow this rule: JUST DO IT, don’t delay any thing in your life, ‘cause when you delay something in your life you will lose something else even without knowing what is, but you really lose something. Do you know why? Because when you delay something and do it late, you in fact do this thing in a time was supposed to another thing which you just lose it. And the more activities you delay, the more you lose, and the more you lose and the more pressure you will be in.

Everything in your life has its own time, so why just you everything in its own time, and by that you’ll ensure that your life is as best as it can be. Don’t delay today job to tomorrow, that’s a thing u must keep in your mind. Your life quality depends on this as u can never imagine, do you know why? ‘cause our everybody life is what he decide to be, in other words what he do in every single day in his life, it has a accumulative effect. So don’t let tiny things make a big problem by ignoring them. Live every day of your life as it’s a chance to go forward and don’t delay you works. By doing that I can guaranty you a perfect life you and I always dreamed of. So why we are always away from our drams? Let’s have a new beginning and live the life we want for ourselves.

Law No. 1: SEVEN POUNDS
Why do you think god create the universe in 7 days, when he can do it in a glimpse?
God wants us to know that everything in our life has to take its time. Especially when we want to change something in our selves.
So, don’t be in a rush, be patient and let things take their times and soon everything will be done. And let’s say that everything you do needs at least seven days to be in real progress, don’t judge yourself before this period of time, at least wait seven days, but you have to stuck to what you are doing and never stop it before seven days.
So, we can say that if you walk seven steps, then you are walking on the right way. But ever stop before taking the seven step. Otherwise you are doing nothing. Everything need some time and everything is possible if you wait just a little. I’ve always try to do new things in my life but never complete one thing until I realize that I don’t give myself some time to be sure that I’m doing it. I always moved from project to another, but never finished any of them. And when I knew this law I looked back and say what I’ve done!. But there is something good in that, it’s that now I have a lot of beginnings and all I need is to start take my steps on every path I took my first step in, but keeping in my mind, things need time to be done and measurable. It’s all about taking step after step and the happy news is that you don’t have to know all the path you have to pass, all you need to know the next step and just the next step. For example why you think about the third and fourth stair when all you need is to climb the only next stair, and if you are driving a car that light up 200 meter of the road, do you thing that you don’t reach the next town until all the road is lighted. Of course n all you need is one step farther and just that.
After that think about what you were doing and be sure to give yourself some time and never judge it before seven days.
And my advice to you NEVER SAY I FAILED BEFORE THE SEVENTH STEP, Be sure of that ‘cause everything need some time, Enjoy…
And to tell you the truth, your brain will not wait until you finish all your works and duties to let you fell happy, as soon as he knows you are on the way, you will be HAPPY… 

The Pursuit of Dreams

When I was young, I always want to be an astronaut, imagining myself in the outer space looking to the earth. Later when I grew up, I lost my dream. I was doing my best at school but not to achieve my dream, but to get the higher degrees. After I enter medicine college nothing changes, still live without dreams, but doing what I can do, no more. I had very bad times throw the last five years, sometimes I was crying and wondering what I want from myself?. Later I realize my mistake. Dreams!

No one can live his dream unless he has one, and he can’t be happy unless he lives his own dream. You don’t have to wait until you reach your dream, instead live your dreams while you are on the way to achieve them. That would make you more happier and give you the strength to keep going on.

But you have to know this: when you feel that you are always behind your dreams and can’t do what you want to do in your life, remember that it’s all because of you, you are the architect of your own destruction. When you suppose to be the architect of your success. It’s all up to you. Taking decisions is what makes our life. if you failed, then you are the one who decide to fail. And why’s that you ask?, remember that you own this body and this mind, and you are the one gives orders to them how to work and when. You are the master of yourself, don’t you. Being happy is easy as being sad, your brain lets you feel the feel you want, all you have to do is to pick up a feel and then act as you feel. If think that is bullshit then don’t blame anybody of your life style, but yourself. ‘Cause you are the leader.

Now, what do thing about your life in the next ten years? What you think and what you do now are the blocks of your next ten years, so decide what you want from yourself and then and only then you can choose the right way. But if you don’t know what do you want from yourself and where she has to be after ten years, then know this; you will take any way you see in front of you, and will do things that mislead you and let you waste your only treasure, Time.

You will live once, and the moment you live will not return to you, so take care of your time and don’t waste it doing what you don’t have to do. Dreams are free, but reaching them takes your time. So decide the way you want to take, and live your dream every day to be happy as much as you can, ‘cause happiness is not a goal itself, but it’s the way. The way that leads to you brilliant future.

And to make sure that you can do this stuff, I’ll tell you how I change my life…
